This is NYPD Officer Michael Hance at New York's 2015 Pride celebration.
Pride reveler Aaron Santis had noticed Officer Hance standing stoically near the celebration and started dancing near the law enforcement officer.
Officer Hance couldn't resist dancing.
When Michael Jackon's "Don't Stop 'til You Get Enough" is playing, you just have to dance.
Hance always had a big heart.
“He always liked to help people,” his brother, Peter Hance, 45, told the Daily News. “He always liked to do good.”
When tragedy struck in 2001, Officer Hance was there to help.
Hance was a member of the bucket brigade, helping to clear out debris from Ground Zero.
Unfortunately, the dust and debris was full of hazardous materials.
Asbestos, mercury, and lead were all present in the air in the aftermath of the terrorist attack.
